Our Story

Cham B was founded by Kai and Frédéric Barge in Charente, France, with the conviction that only pure earth can reveal true flavors.

In 2024, Cham B built its own mycelium cultivation workshop, allowing for total control over every stage, from raw material to finished product. We carefully select local wheat and wood chips to ensure consistent quality.
