Delivery Times
We work with living products, such as mycelium and fresh mushrooms, which have a limited shelf life. Our priority is to ship mycelium and mushrooms when they are at their peak vitality. For this reason, most of our products are made to order, which may result in a preparation time of 2 to 3 weeks for mycelium development.
For our most popular products, such as oyster mushrooms or our fresh and dried mushrooms, we generally have stock available, allowing for faster shipping. Non-living items (bags, dry substrates, etc.) are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery takes between 1 and 5 business days, depending on the chosen carrier and the destination.
Shipping Fees
Delivery fees strictly reflect the carriers’ rates, with no additional markup from us. The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the items and the destination. The exact amount will be displayed before payment, after entering your address.
Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is received. If you do not receive this email, please check your “spam” folder or contact us at kaibarge@chambfrance.com. A second email will be sent when your order is shipped, including a tracking number.
Carriers
We work with DHL, DPD, and Chronopost. Depending on the destination and type of shipment, you can choose the carrier that best suits you. Available delivery options and rates are presented at the time of checkout.
Risks and Responsibilities
The responsibility for delivery lies with the customer from the moment the package is taken over by the carrier. High (above 25 °C) or low temperatures may affect the quality of the mycelium and mushrooms during transport. Cham B cannot be held responsible for any deterioration of the products due to weather conditions, delivery delays, customs blockage, or storage conditions at the pickup point.

Return Policy
Return Period
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the receipt of your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.
Products Excluded from Returns (Mycelium, Fresh Mushrooms, etc.)
Returns are not possible for living products such as mycelium and fresh mushrooms. Transport conditions (temperature, handling, etc.) cannot be guaranteed, and a second shipment would compromise the integrity of the product, making any third shipment unfeasible. These products are considered lost and must be replaced.
Return Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product defects or delivery errors on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Conditions of Returned Products
Products must be in their original packaging and in good condition. If the item or its packaging is damaged, a deduction may be applied to the refund to compensate for the depreciation in value. Products considered unsellable due to significant damage may be refused.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact our customer service at [kaibarge@chambfrance.com] with your order details. Once the return is approved, we will send you the instructions and a return label, if applicable. Please include photos of the product from different angles before returning it to ensure the item is in perfect condition.
Unclaimed or Not Collected Packages
If the package is not collected within the allotted time at the pickup point, or if you do not respond to carrier notifications, the package will be returned at our expense. You (the customer) are responsible for checking your emails, tracking the package, and picking it up on time at the pickup point, if applicable. Depending on the condition of the returned products, we may offer a reshipment, which will be at the customer’s expense and under their responsibility.
Refunds
After inspecting the returned products, we will inform you whether the refund is approved or denied. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Exceptions
Customized or consumable products cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Damaged Packages or Products
If you receive a damaged package or product:
- You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving the package.
- Please provide clear photos from different angles, including:
- The exterior of the box
- The shipping label
- An overall view of the items
- Detailed photos of the damage.
After this period, no claims regarding a damaged package will be accepted.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include:
- Perishable or sensitive products (e.g., live mycelium, fresh mushrooms).
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
Separate Shipments
Due to the variety of our products, it may be necessary to ship certain items separately (for example, petri dishes or other fragile items). If you wish to split your order into multiple shipments, any additional costs will be your responsibility.
Shipments Outside the Continent
Shipping mycelium and fresh mushrooms outside the European continent carries risks due to temperature variations, customs delays, or other factors that may compromise product quality. An import permit may be required depending on the region. We recommend using liquid culture mycelium, which tolerates transport better.
We do not provide phytosanitary certificates, but we include packing slips and invoices required for customs clearance. The importer is responsible for any transport-related issues, including customs delays.
